Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Rotational Shift Role

With a robust commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking to expand our team with dedicated Customer Support Executives who can deliver exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions across various channels including calls, emails, live chat, social media, and inbound leads. Handle order-related queries such as order tracking, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and product information. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, merchandising, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify recurring issues and share insights with management to support process improvements. Achieve defined performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile: 2–4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a BPO voice process or premium domestic process. Solid verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage. Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and rotational weekly offs. This is a strict and mandatory requirement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
