Job Description – Research Assistant Qualification: BMLT / B.Sc. (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, MLT or related field) Experience: Fresher Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers for the position of Research Assistant. The candidate will support research activities, laboratory operations, sample handling, documentation, and field coordination. Candidates should be willing to travel and work across India as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in laboratory research and testing activities
- Handle sample collection, processing, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and reports
- Support senior researchers and project teams
- Follow laboratory safety and quality protocols
- Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in field visits and project implementation across India
- Maintain inventory and laboratory equipment records
- Prepare presentations, data entries, and reports Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Good communication and documentation skills
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere in India
- Team player with positive attitude and learning mindset
- Ability to work under deadlines and project timelines Eligibility Criteria
- BMLT / B.Sc. completed from recognized institute/university
