About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about teaching and can also contribute to building web applications. Your primary responsibility is training students in our AI Full Stack Engineering programme at MasterNext Academy. You will also contribute to building web products across our portfolio. This is a role for someone who builds things on the internet and loves explaining how they work. Maybe you cloned a popular website just to understand it. Maybe you have a GitHub profile with projects nobody asked you to build. If you can move between frontend and backend, and you can teach a complete beginner how a website actually works, we want to talk to you. What You Will Teach (Primary Responsibility) → Deliver daily training sessions for the AI Full Stack Engineering programme at MasterNext Academy → Teach HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, databases, APIs, and deployment to students with zero prior coding background → Create project-based learning materials — students learn by building real applications, not by reading textbooks → Design assignments that mirror real startup engineering challenges → Mentor students one-on-one through their first full-stack projects → Code review student work and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback → Evaluate student progress through assessments and project demonstrations → Continuously improve the curriculum based on student feedback and industry developments → Make web development concepts accessible — if you cannot explain how a REST API works to a non-coder, this role is not for you What You Will Build (Secondary Responsibility) → Build production web applications in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript → Design and implement database schemas with Supabase/PostgreSQL and Firebase/Firestore → Build APIs, authentication flows, and deployment pipelines → Integrate AI features into web applications Compensation (Fully Transparent) This role has a 6-month probation period with three performance assessments: Months 1–2: ₹10,000/month Months 3–4: ₹12,000/month (requires 90%+ score in Assessment 1) Months 5–6: ₹14,000/month (requires 90%+ score in Assessment 2) After successful probation: ₹20,000–25,000/month based on your final assessment performance. ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) are offered based on commitment and performance. You are not just an employee — you are a future co-owner of the mission. After successful probation, you will be converted to a full-time employee with a 12-month commitment period. Work Location 100% in office at MasterNext office in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. Work from home is not available — training delivery and startup collaboration require physical presence. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. MasterNext is a purpose driven, nation building, high performance startup and we require you to be flexible working on the weekends if needed. We strongly prefer candidates currently based in Ongole or within 100 km (Chirala, Bapatla, Markapur, Kandukur, Nellore, Guntur, etc.) to ensure easy daily commuting or relocation.
