Shift Engineer – Production (Hardoi)

We Value BE/BTech in Chemical applicant with 3-5 years OR Diploma in Chemical applicant with 5
- 7 years of experience in Pesticides / Chemical Operations / Agrochemical Industries/Distillation.

Qualification : BE/BTech or Diploma in Chemical Enginnering. Job Expertise Leadership ability on managing team, Ability to make decisions under pressure, Flexibility to work on different shifts, Problem solving, Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports. Key Responsibilities
- Supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a protected and efficient manner.
- Coordinating with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers’ well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
- Keeping updated on advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
- Drawing up production schedules and training programs for team members.
- Identifying unsafe practices and ensures safety as priority at the work area.
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders for finding solutions.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
