Job Title: Production Supervisor

Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2–4 years experience in factories or manufacturing plants

Key Skills: Knowledge of production processes and plant operations Ability to manage production activities and workforce Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control Positive problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities in the plant Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule Monitor workers and maintain discipline in the production area Maintain quality and safety standards Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations

Other Requirements: Should be willing to work on shift basis

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
