Team Lead - Sales (HSR Layout)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Set weekly and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
- Handle high-value clients and close critical deals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Conduct daily team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews
- Ensure proper follow-ups with leads and site visit conversions
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation activities
- Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management
- Train new team members and improve overall team productivity Pay: ₹40,000.00
