About the Role: We are looking for a high-energy, Senior Telesales Executive to join the House of Zelena team. In this role, you won't just be making calls; you will be the voice of our brand, helping mothers find the comfort and support they deserve. You will leverage your sales expertise to drive revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling, all while ensuring every customer has a premium experience. Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through proactive outbound calling and lead follow-ups.
- Strategic Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell (moving customers to premium collections) and cross-sell (suggesting complementary products like maternity wear with nursing gear).
- Customer Experience: Deliver a consultative sales approach. Understand the unique needs of expecting and new mothers to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Lead Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel—from initial contact and product education to closing the sale and post-purchase check-ins.
- Data Driven: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales metrics to help the growth team refine marketing hooks and community scripts. Required Experience & Skills
- Sales Expert: 3–5 years of experience in B2C telesales or inside sales, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or healthcare sectors.
- The "Closer" Mentality: Proven track record of hitting sales KPIs and a deep understanding of upselling/cross-selling techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and additional any two Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam is required, and Hindi will be huge plus factor.
- Empathy & Patience: Ability to connect with customers during a sensitive life stage (pregnancy/postpartum) while maintaining a professional sales focus.
