Accounts Executive (HSR Layout)

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate invoicing, and support reconciliation and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of accounting invoices
- Generate and manage e-way bills as per compliance requirements
- Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and transactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Monitor accounts receivable & payable
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with GST and statutory regulations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audits by providing necessary data and documentation Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Positive knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-way bill generation
- Hands-on experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
