Business Developement Manager (HSR Layout)

The ideal candidate should be a go-getter who can open new client accounts, build long-term relationships, and successfully close staffing mandates. If you have a strong network in the domestic IT staffing space and a proven track record of revenue generation, we would love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition in the Domestic IT Recruitment space
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Negotiate commercials, finalize contracts, and close mandates
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Solid negotiation and commercial closure skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and drive business Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00
