Social Media Executive (Tamil Language) (HSR Layout)

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), graphics, and posts tailored for the Tamil-speaking audience.
- Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and manage daily content across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and ShareChat/Moj (if applicable).
- Trend Spotting: Stay on top of viral Tamil trends, pop culture, memes, and audio tracks to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
- Copywriting: Write catchy, grammatically correct, and engaging captions, hooks, and video titles in Tamil (both Tamil script and Tanglish).
- Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a loyal and interactive community.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and tweak content strategies based on data insights. Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Tamil. Strong understanding of Tamil regional dialects, cultural nuances, and internet slang is a must.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (Freshers with a solid personal portfolio/creator channel are welcome to apply!).
- Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN Editor, InShot) or desktop software (Premiere Pro/FCP).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop).
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable appearing on camera to host, present, or act in reels and video content.
- Creativity: A portfolio showcasing engaging storytelling, creative hooks, and aesthetic visual sense. Pay: ₹10,000.00
