Job Title: Relationship manager Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Company: URBAN STANDZ PRIVATE LIMITED Salary: As per Market Standard Experience: 1-3 years in real estate sales, particularly in rent and lease Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Rent & Lease Property Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate sales, with a focus on rental and lease properties. You will be responsible for identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the leasing process. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire potential tenants for rental and lease properties through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property.
- Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable agreements that align with company policies and client needs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, rental rates, and property availability to provide accurate information to clients.
- Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of lease applications and other necessary documentation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on property availability, client interactions, and lease agreements.
- Compliance: Ensure all lease agreements and property transactions comply with legal regulations and company standards. Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on rental and lease properties.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with Kannada and English being mandatory. Benefits:
