Job Title: Social Media Associate (Reels & Public Engagement) Company: BeastDrive Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Associate who can create engaging reels, conduct public interviews, and represent BeastDrive on-ground and online. The goal is to build exciting content around adventure, obstacle racing, and fitness while attracting both youth and corporate audiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Create Instagram Reels and short-form videos around adventure, obstacle races, and fitness
- Conduct public interviews (vox pop) in streets, colleges, gyms, and corporate areas
- Develop trending, relatable, and shareable content ideas
- Act as the face/voice of BeastDrive on social media
- Plan and execute content that promotes fitness participation
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and event promotions Content Ideas & Execution Strategy 1. Public Interview (Street Content)
- “Can you complete this obstacle challenge?” (live reactions)
- “1 fitness challenge = win free entry”
- “Corporate vs College students – who’s fitter?”
- “How many pushups can you do?” quick contests
- “Why don’t people workout?” (real opinions) Goal: Raw, relatable, fun → high engagement 2. Relatable Fitness Content
- “9–5 job but no fitness?” mini skits
- “Gym vs Obstacle Race – what’s more fun?”
- “Expectation vs Reality of fitness journey”
- “POV: You signed up for BeastDrive” Goal: Make fitness feel fun, not boring 3. Adventure & Obstacle Content
