Social Media Executive (Malyalam Language) (HSR Layout)

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos) and graphics tailored specifically for the Malayalam-speaking audience.
- Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and optimize daily content across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Trend Spotting: Stay on top of viral Kerala trends, cinema/pop culture references, local memes, and trending audio tracks to keep our brand relevant.
- Copywriting: Write catchy, grammatically correct, and engaging captions, hooks, and video titles in Malayalam (both Malayalam script and Manglish).
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to build a loyal and highly interactive community.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and refine content strategies based on data insights. Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Malayalam. A deep understanding of Kerala's local culture, regional nuances, and internet slang is mandatory.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. (Passionate freshers with a strong personal portfolio or creator channel are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN Editor, InShot) or desktop software (Premiere Pro/FCP).
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop.
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable appearing on camera to present, host, or act in reels and video content.
- Creativity: A solid portfolio showcasing storytelling skills, engaging video hooks, and a solid visual aesthetic. Pay: ₹10,000.00
