Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, execution, site supervision, vendor management, and ensuring quality and compliance standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and layouts Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors Ensure execution as per approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems installation Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project progress Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and project requirements Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 10–15years of experience in MEP execution within the real estate/construction industry Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and building systems Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects Knowledge of testing & commissioning processes Familiarity with local authority approvals and compliance standards

Pay: ₹600,000.00
- ₹800,000.00 per year
