Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), graphics, and posts tailored for the Tamil-speaking audience. Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and manage daily content across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and ShareChat/Moj (if applicable). Trend Spotting: Stay on top of viral Tamil trends, pop culture, memes, and audio tracks to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve. Copywriting: Write catchy, grammatically correct, and engaging captions, hooks, and video titles in Tamil (both Tamil script and Tanglish). Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a loyal and interactive community. Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and tweak content strategies based on data insights.

Requirements & Qualifications Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Tamil. Robust understanding of Tamil regional dialects, cultural nuances, and internet slang is a must. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (Freshers with a solid personal portfolio/creator channel are welcome to apply!). Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN Editor, InShot) or desktop software (Premiere Pro/FCP). Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop). On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable appearing on camera to host, present, or act in reels and video content. Creativity: A portfolio showcasing engaging storytelling, creative hooks, and aesthetic visual sense.
