Position: ERPNext Implementation Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Travel Requirement: Frequent travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced ERPNext Implementation Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementations, support, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to assess and understand their ERPNext implementation requirements and objectives. Provide expert support during the ERPNext implementation phase, ensuring smooth data migration, system configuration, and user training. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext deployments in a timely manner. Conduct regular system audits and maintain ERP functionality by monitoring performance, issues, and user satisfaction. Document processes, configurations, and user guides to enhance team knowledge and user experience. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERPNext features based on feedback and changing business needs. Provide on-site support and training to clients in Saudi Arabia as required. Stay updated with ERPNext upgrades and industry best practices to suggest improvements and optimizations.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and maintenance, specifically with ERPNext or similar ERP systems. Proven experience in Python, data migration, system setup, configurations, and troubleshooting. Robust understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support those processes. Experience with Python, SQL databases, report generation, and user training.

Desired Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of scripting and automation tools is a plus. Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and work in on-site client environments as needed.

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per year
