Operations Manager (HSR Layout)

Location: On-site – HSR Layout, Bangalore Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Experience: 3–5 years Education: Preferably MBA Role Summary We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day business operations and ensure seamless coordination across all functions. This role requires someone who can bring structure, discipline, and speed to the organization by driving accountability, improving processes, and ensuring that business decisions are executed efficiently. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to ensure smooth functioning across operations, finance, and sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Ownership (Core)
* Take end-to-end ownership of daily operations across all departments
* Ensure smooth workflows across production, logistics, inventory, finance, and admin
* Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
* Track tasks across teams and ensure strict adherence to timelines
* Build and maintain dashboards to track performance and efficiency ⸻ 2. Financial Tracking & Discipline
* Monitor daily cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions
* Ensure accuracy in invoicing, collections, and payment tracking
* Maintain control over receivables and payables
* Coordinate closely with the accounts team
* Provide regular financial insights to management ⸻ 3. Execution & Founder Support
* Act as an execution partner to leadership
* Ensure decisions are implemented without delay
* Track key action points and drive follow-through
* Support in managing priorities and key business commitments ⸻ 4. Cross-Functional Coordination
* Align teams across operations, production, finance, doctors, nutritionists, and admin
* Ensure seamless communication and accountability
