Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to manage client interactions, oversee team operations, and handle both internal and external communication. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Client Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and qualified communication. Address client queries, concerns, and escalations efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and expectations Internal & External Communication: Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly. Conduct and coordinate internal and external calls effectively. Ensure smooth communication flow between departments and external stakeholders. Draft and review reports, presentations, and official communications. Operational Support: Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain documentation and records related to client interactions and team performance. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in client handling and team management roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
