MEP Engineer – Real Estate Location: HSR Layout Experience: 10–15 Years Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, execution, site supervision, vendor management, and ensuring quality and compliance standards across projects. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and layouts
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems installation
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and project requirements
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10–15years of experience in MEP execution within the real estate/construction industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and building systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of testing & commissioning processes
- Familiarity with local authority approvals and compliance standards Pay: ₹600,000.00
