Accounts Assistant (HSR Layout)

Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Freshers who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. This role offers hands-on experience in real client accounting, including bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and MIS reporting. You will get direct client exposure, making it an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and professional skills early in your career. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally / Zoho Books
- Pass journal entries, record invoices, and update financial data
- Assist in ledger scrutiny and basic reconciliations 2. Monthly Close Support
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for data collection (invoices, bank statements, etc.)
- Assist in bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation
- Support in month-end closing activities 3. MIS & Reporting
- Assist in preparation of Monthly MIS reports
- Work on basic financial data analysis under guidance
- Learn how to present financial insights to clients 4. GST & TDS Compliance (Training Provided)
- Assist in preparation of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B
- Support in TDS calculations and data preparation
- Work on GST reconciliations (GSTR2B vs Books) 5. Client Interaction & Exposure (Key Highlight ⭐)
- Coordinate with clients for data collection and follow-ups
- Handle basic client queries under supervision
- Learn professional communication and stakeholder management Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / BAF / M.Com (Freshers can apply)
- CA Inter / pursuing candidates preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Excel
- Valuable communication skills (important for client exposure)
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
