What’s This Role About? This role focuses on managing trainer cohorts and ensuring smooth training and onboarding processes. It involves tracking performance and maintaining accurate training-related data and reports. The role requires close coordination with training and cross-functional teams for seamless execution. It also demands solid communication, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan cohorts and ensure training is completed as per requirements
- Form and manage trainer training cohorts
- Keep track of cohorts and trainer performance
- Work on trainer-related data and update records in a timely manner for onboarded trainers
- Collaborate closely with the training team and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent overall experience for trainers What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Education Technology (EdTech) industry is preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and a customer- and teacher-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity
- Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm and composed during crisis situations and effectively resolve conflicts
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year Benefits
