- This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
- Starting salary: 3 LPA
- There will be a 2 -month probation period Responsibilities
- Manage WhatsApp customer support
- Address and resolve customer concern
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate internal team, raise tickets, track them, and ensure their closure
- Connect with customers via phone calls when necessary
- Basic technical troubleshooting Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a chat support role, or a fresher with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in phone support will be beneficial
- Valuable computer skills, including Google Docs and dashboard management
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a bonus Mandatory soft skills:
- Languages: English (required), Hindi (required), and any regional language is a bonus
- Very good typing speed
- Good written English
- Ability to talk to customers professionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00
