Catalogue & Sample Coordination Executive (HSR Layout)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to manage catalogue sample coordination, movement, and operational support across studios, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, process-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day coordination efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and send shoot samples to studios as per shoot schedules and requirements.
- Manage outward dispatch and inward tracking of catalogue samples.
- Maintain proper records of all sample movements between vendors, studios, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with vendors for smooth sample movement, collection, and returns.
- Assist in arranging, packing, sorting, and distributing catalogue samples for shoots.
- Ensure proper handling, tagging, and organization of samples to avoid delays or misplacement.
- Follow up on pending sample returns and maintain accountability across all stages.
- Support catalogue and operations teams with daily coordination and logistical activities.
- Handle basic operational payments and coordinate UPI transactions when required.
- Assist with basic design-related tasks or edits using DTP software when needed.
- Candidate should own a two-wheeler/vehicle for operational and sample movement purposes with valid driving license. Pay: ₹24,999.00
