We are hiring a Sales Representative for our furniture retail showroom. The role involves handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products clearly, and converting enquiries into sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom Understand customer requirements (size, style, budget, delivery timeline) and recommend suitable products Provide complete product explanations including materials, warranty, customization options, pricing, EMI, and delivery timelines Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed sales orders Prepare accurate quotations and proforma invoices Follow up on pending quotations, payments, measurements, and delivery updates Maintain proper showroom display standards Update daily walk-ins, enquiries, quotations, and sales in CRM or tracking sheets Coordinate with factory/backend team regarding order status, customizations, and deliveries Handle basic customer complaints and after-sales queries, and escalate when required

Key Skills & Requirements Fresher to 3 year experience in retail/showroom sales (freshers with valuable communication skills can apply) Confident in interacting with walk-in customers and explaining products clearly Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Email, Excel / Google Sheets) Education: Diploma / Graduation (any stream) Willing to work on weekends and festival days (weekly off on a weekday)
