Please read before you apply This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Starting salary: 3 LPA There will be a 2 -month probation period

Responsibilities Manage WhatsApp customer support Address and resolve customer concern Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate internal team, raise tickets, track them, and ensure their closure Connect with customers via phone calls when necessary Basic technical troubleshooting

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field Minimum 1 year of experience in a chat support role, or a fresher with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in phone support will be beneficial Valuable computer skills, including Google Docs and dashboard management Experience in technical troubleshooting is a bonus

Mandatory soft skills: Languages: English (required), Hindi (required), and any regional language is a bonus Very good typing speed Good written English Ability to talk to customers professionally
