PaperLive Learning is looking for a results-driven Senior Inside Sales Manager who excels in consultative selling, relationship management, and revenue generation in a quick-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales inquiries Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion Build and maintain robust customer relationships Achieve and exceed sales targets Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
Required Skills Minimum 1+ year experience in Inside Sales / Business Development Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Customer-centric approach with consultative selling ability Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
Preferred Background Experience in EdTech, course counseling, or career advisory
