We’re Hiring: Sales Trainers | Bhanzu (B2C)

This is not a regular training role.We are looking for people who can build, scale, and own training outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end Sales Training (CRT + OJT)

Build high-performing sales teams that deliver numbers

Handle large team volumes and drive performance at scale

Work closely with business to improve conversions & productivity

Who You Are

3–5 years in Sales L&D; (B2C EdTech only)

Have trained teams that actually performed, not just attended sessions

Solid bias for execution over theory

Comfortable in high-pressure, target-driven environments

Flexible for day/night shifts

Pay: ₹600,000.00
- ₹850,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate: HSR Layout Sector 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
