Center Manager (HSR Layout)

- Manage daily preschool operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle preschool inquiries and conduct school tours for prospective parents.
- Explain curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Manage admission documentation and enrollment records.
- Work on student retention and enrollment growth.
- Supervise safety protocols, hygiene standards, and child protection policies.
- Oversee inventory management (learning materials, stationery, toys).
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and maintenance.
- Ensure classrooms, play areas, and facilities are well maintained
- Plan and execute school events such as: Annual Day, Sports Day, Festivals and cultural celebrations, Field trips, Parent engagement programs
- Ensure events are safe, well-organized, and educational.
- Promote the preschool through community outreach and marketing activities.
- Support social media updates, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Build partnerships with local communities and organizations.
