Sales Associate for a Global Edtech (Freshers Welcome ) Greater Bengaluru Area (On-site) We are looking for energetic and driven freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in sales. Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and convert leads
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations on company services
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the education or edtech industry is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Shift: Night Shift | 9 PM – 6 AM Work Mode: In-Office | Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed off) Compensation: ₹20,000/month stipend during the initial 2-month training period Upon successful completion of training, candidates can earn up to 4 LPA + Incentives upto 4 LPA Hiring Process
