Field Sales Representative (HSR Layout)

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Interior Decor & Fabrics)Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at Desired Designs. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, visiting clients at their homes or offices to provide expert consultations and close sales on the spot. - On-Site Consultations: Visit client locations carrying fabric catalogues and samples.
- Sales Conversion: Guide clients through fabric selections, provide design suggestions, and close deals on-site.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet potential leads.
- Relationship Management: Understand client requirements and provide personalized solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of visits, feedback, and closed sales. Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to carry fabric catalogues and remain active throughout the day.
- Sales Driven: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and "people skills" to influence purchasing decisions.
- Experience: Previous experience in field sales, interior design, or the textile industry is a plus.
- Equipment: Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred. What We Offer
