Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries via livechat and email, covering account issues, deposits and withdrawals issues, general product and services inquiries, etc; escalate complex cases to relevant teams as needed.
- Support the sales team by preparing and providing reports on deposits, withdrawals, and other relevant account activities.
- Assist other teams with ad hoc requests related to client operations or system updates

Experience and Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of Forex trading concepts and industry best practices is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer support tools, CRM systems, and trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and resolve issues with clients and internal teams.
- Possesses a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
