Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a courteous and skilled manner
- Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and customer interactions efficiently
- Maintain visitor logs, records, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
- Support billing, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure front office area is organized, presentable, and operational at all times
- Use computer systems and MS Office tools for data entry and reporting Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, basic documentation)
- Proficiency in computer operations and office systems
- Professional appearance, grooming, and customer-handling skills
