- Full ownership of your state's P&L; — Office Hub manages all invoicing and collections, and pays you bi-monthly with transparent Xero reporting so you always know exactly where you stand.
- Build and lead your own local team — sales, operations, and partner success — within the Office Hub framework and brand standards.
- Drive revenue by connecting businesses with flexible workspace solutions across your state.
- Develop and expand Office Hub's workspace partner network — from boutique coworking spaces to premium serviced offices.
- Lead tenant acquisition: respond to inbound enquiries, convert leads, and close deals.
- Oversee all client tours, negotiations, and deal closures in your territory.
- Manage a high-performance CRM pipeline — qualify leads, track feedback, and move fast.
- Build strategic relationships with commercial real estate developers, brokers, and operators.
- Represent Office Hub at industry events, networking forums, and business communities.
- Deliver a five-star experience for both tenants and workspace partners — always.
- Identify new growth opportunities: new cities, verticals, enterprise accounts, and product expansions.
