Role Description We are looking for energetic Sports Operations & Marketing Interns who want to work in the sports industry by helping organize events, build local partnerships, and grow KOMPTE’s presence in their own city. This is a remote + field role, meaning you can contribute from your city while also participating in local sports activities when needed.

Qualifications
- Skills in Sports Coaching and Football training
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or interest in Coaching and team management
- Ability to assist in Sales and business development activities
- Passion for sports and grassroots initiatives
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field
