About the Role Build and integrate control systems for next-generation energy solutions. We are looking for a hands-on engineer with strong experience in PLC programming (Siemens platform), along with solid fundamentals in electrical integration, panel wiring, and DC power systems. You will design and develop reliable control logic, integrate field hardware and manage energy flow, and ensure safe, robust operation of our power subsystems. We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also motivated to turn complex engineering ideas into simple, practical, and dependable solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop PLC-based control systems for energy and power applications
- Integrate sensors, actuators & power systems
- Implement control & data acquisition systems
- Debug and optimize lab & pilot-scale systems Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent in PLC programming (hands-on experience in developing, debugging, and deploying PLC systems)
- Strong expertise in industrial communication protocols
- MUST HAVE (RS232, RS485, Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet, CAN)
- 3 to 5 years experience in PLC programming and industrial automation
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and system integration
- Strong builder mindset, comfortable taking systems from concept (0) to working prototype (1) Nice to Have
- Experience in electrical system integration across multiple subsystems
- Exposure to energy, battery or green hydrogen systems Growth Prospect
- Transition from PLC/automation to Power & Energy Systems Engineering
- Exposure to advanced energy systems and system-level design What Were Looking For

- Ability to work on real hardware end-to-end
