Role Description

We are looking for energetic Sports Operations & Marketing Interns who want to work in the sports industry by helping organize events, build local partnerships, and grow KOMPTE’s presence in their own city. This is a remote + field role, meaning you can contribute from your city while also participating in local sports activities when needed.

Qualifications

Skills in Sports Coaching and Football training

Solid Communication and interpersonal skills

Experience or interest in Coaching and team management

Ability to assist in Sales and business development activities

Passion for sports and grassroots initiatives

Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Pursuing or holding a degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field
