Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.

Assist clients with account-related transactions, such as account openings, closures, and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Proactively identify and address client needs, offering appropriate financial solutions and products to enhance their banking experience.

Requirements
