Senior Accountant– GST, TDS&Bookkeeping Experience: 4– 8 Years Location: Remote / Hybrid / Bangalore / India Mode of Engagement: Full-time No of Positions: 2 – 4 Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Accounting or related field Industry: IT / ITES / SaaS / Software Services Notice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredWhat We Are Looking For 4– 8 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, GST, and TDS compliance. Strong practical experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar accounting software. Good experience in GST filings, reconciliation, returns, and accounting compliance activities.Strong hands-on experience with TDS deductions, filings, reconciliations, and related compliance. Experience managing journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, bank reconciliation, P&L, and balance sheet activities. Hands-on experience in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting closures. Good understanding of invoicing, bookkeeping, vendor payments, and accounting workflows. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage accounting operations in remote or hybrid work environments.Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations. Handle GST filings, reconciliations, returns, and compliance activities. Manage TDS calculations, deductions, filings, and documentation. Prepare journal vouchers, ledgers, trial balance, P&L statements, and balance sheets. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records accurately. Handle invoicing, payment tracking, vendor accounting, and expense management. Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for compliance and reporting.Ensure timely accounting operations, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience. Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar accounting tools is preferred.Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting workflows, and financial reporting. Prior experience in IT / ITES / SaaS / Software companies is preferred.
