We're building a new software category— Contextual Information Management — and we need one person to turn a founder's brain into a content engine. Videos, Infographics, Podcasts, webinars, LinkedIn posts, short clips, landing pages. You'll produce all of it. If you're 1–3 years into your career, AI-native, and want to be the first creative hire at an enterprise AI startup — keep reading.Why this role exists Most B2B startups hire a content writer and a video editor and a designer and end up with three half-utilized people producing nothing memorable. We're doing the opposite. We're hiring one talented generalist who owns the full pipeline end-to-end, uses AI tools and ships every single week.Your job is to turn all of the raw business material into the content that builds Fig Labs into the category leader for CIM. What you'll actually do We're defining a new software category, Contextual Information Management, and most of our buyers haven't seen anything like Fig before. That means your primary job is to make abstract concepts visible: through product demos, animated explainers, and infographics that turn dense ideas into something a customers instantly understands. Podcasts and interviews are a secondary stream that adds founder voice and credibility on top of the visual foundation.Your work revolves around five output buckets. Each has concrete deliverables, real volume, and a clear standard. Product demo videos· Produce 2–3 product demo videos per month that clearly show how Fig's platform works, feature walkthroughs, use case scenarios, customer workflow examples· Capture clean screen recordings, layer voiceover (AI or Human generated), and edit for clarity and pacing · Create short demo cuts (30–90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and sales outreach · Build a reusable demo template system so future demos ship in hours, not daysAnimations and motion graphics· Produce 2–4 animated explainers per month that visualize Fig's core concepts · Create kinetic typography, animated diagrams, and concept walkthroughs (the kind of thing that makes someone stop scrolling on LinkedIn) · Add motion graphics, lower thirds, animated logos, andtransitions to all videos· Build a motion library (logo reveals, intro/outro templates, animated callouts) the CEO can request quickly Infographics and static design · Design 2–3 infographics per week — frameworks, comparison charts, process diagrams, data visualizations · Create carousels that turn long-form ideas into scrollable insight (3–5 per week)· Produce decks, sales collateral, ebook layouts, and one-pagers for the CEO, sales, and webinars · Maintain strict brand consistency using Fig's design system Podcast and interview production · Edit one long-form podcast or interview per week (45–60 min, cleaned audio,captions, chapters)· Cut 5–8 short-form clips per week from podcast and interview recordings for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and X · Run weekly recording sessions on Riverside with the founders and remote guests · Produce monthly webinars end-to-end: run-of-show, speaker prep, tech checks, live recording, real-time chat, recap email· Design thumbnails, podcast cover art, and event/conference promotional assets Publish, distribute, and always-on · Schedule the week's content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and the Fig blog · Update landing pages, event pages, and email campaigns as needed · Draft show notes, captions, post copy, and recap emails using Claude as your daily writing partner· Track basic performance metrics weekly and flag what's working · Keep the content calendar current and visible · File-manage and archive all raw assets with disciplined, predictable naming and folder structure · Communicate proactively in Slack — daily check-ins,weekly retro· Create content that's worthy of a professional-grade brand (this is the bar every asset gets compared to what a CTO or Chief AI Officer would expect to see) By month 3, you should be running this rhythm with light supervision. By month 6, you should be the person the CEO trusts to ship without being asked.The job requires real-time collaboration with a US-based employees so the working hours will be US Eastern time (6:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST).
