Job Vacancy – Dispatch Assistant / Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Dispatch Assistant / Dispatch Supervisor to join our dairy operations team.

Job Responsibilities: Monitor and control daily milk and dairy product dispatch activities. Coordinate with drivers, delivery staff, and warehouse personnel. Ensure timely loading, dispatch, and delivery of products. Maintain dispatch records and stock movement details. Supervise supply chain operations and resolve delivery-related issues. Monitor inventory movement and support logistics planning. Prepare daily dispatch and stock reports.

Eligibility: Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, FMCG, or dairy operations is preferred. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills are an advantage. Valuable communication and supervisory skills.

Salary & Perks: Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Free Food & Accommodation Growth opportunities based on performance
