Compensation & Perks

Competitive Salary: INR 22,000 – 30,000 per month + On-site accommodation and meals provided + Earn an additional 50% share of revenue from all personal training and private coaching sessions (upto 2 lakh an year).

Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and skilled Swim Coach to join our team at the Infinitea Sports Club. As a steward of our premium sporting facilities, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming instruction to members and guests, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and water hygiene in our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities Instruction & Coaching: Design and lead swimming programs for all skill levels, ensuring proficiency in all primary swimming strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly).

Facility Management: Maintain rigorous standards for water quality, including the correct handling and monitoring of pool chemicals to ensure a safe and pristine swimming environment.

Provide personalized coaching sessions to enhance member experience, fostering a supportive and qualified atmosphere consistent with the Infinitea brand.
