Job Overview

We are seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of HR experience, specifically in a senior capacity. The role involves managing various HR functions to support our plant operations, driving strategic initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and compliance. This position is located at our Mumbai headquarters.
