Production Manager (Palghar)

Job Summary The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure efficient use of resources (labor, materials, and equipment).
- Maintain quality control standards and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments (procurement, quality, maintenance, logistics).
- Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management.
- Lead, train, and evaluate production staff. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing management.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
