Production incharge (Palghar)

Job Summary: Hiring for a manufacturing company located in Palghar. The organization operates in the polymer and plastic manufacturing sector. The Production Incharge will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining product quality standards, and managing shift-wise workforce efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the polymer compounding line during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operation of twin-screw extruders, mixers, feeders, and related equipment
- Monitor process parameters and product quality to meet required specifications
- Manage shift workforce and maintain discipline and productivity
- Record and report production data, downtime, and material consumption accurately
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and environmental standards
- Troubleshoot process or equipment issues and initiate corrective actions Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or B.Tech
- 1 to 5 years of experience in polymer or plastic manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills Advantages:
