Die Casting Machine Operator (Boisar)

- JD Die Casting Operator Key Responsibilities
· Machine Operation: Setup, adjust, and operate die casting machines and peripherals (such as robots, dosing furnaces, and sprayers).
· Process Monitoring: Control variables like temperature, pressure, and cycle time to produce defect-free parts.
· Quality Control: Conduct dimensional inspections, identify flaws, and separate non-conforming products.
· Tool & Die Management: Assist in die setting, cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive machine maintenance.
· Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain workplace cleanliness.
· Production Reporting: Document production data, track shift outputs, and report downtime or machine malfunctions. Typical Requirements
· Education: ITI,
· Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a die-casting (GDC) workplace.
· Physical & Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, ability to stand for long periods, and familiarity with automated machinery. Pay: ₹20,000.00
