Factory HR & Labour Compliance Officer ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a strong, disciplined, and execution-focused Factory HR & Labour Compliance Officer to manage labour discipline, attendance control, and workforce governance inside our production unit. This role requires a firm, process-driven professional who can sit in the production area, monitor daily labour activities, enforce discipline, issue memos when required, and ensure strict adherence to company policies. This is not a desk HR role. This is a ground-level, enforcement and monitoring role inside the factory.Candidates must have prior experience in factory labour management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Labour Discipline & Monitoring
- Monitor daily labour attendance and ensure strict punctuality
- Track absenteeism, late coming, and unauthorized leave
- Identify and report indiscipline immediately
- Issue warning letters, memos, and suspension notices as required
- Ensure labour does not leave premises without authorization
- Prevent prolonged absenteeism without approval 1. Attendance & Documentation Control
- Maintain daily attendance records (manual and system-based)
- Verify shift attendance and production presence
- Escalate irregular patterns immediately
- Maintain proper documentation for all disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with internal HR and labour laws 1. Production Floor Presence
- Sit in the production area to monitor workforce discipline
- Observe quality compliance and labour conduct
- Report operational gaps or behavioural issues
- Ensure labour is engaged and not idle during working hours 1. Escalation & Control
- Act immediately on misconduct
- Prevent union-style behaviour or informal group control
- Maintain authority while handling labour matters
- Protect company interests through structured enforcement 1. Labour Law & Compliance
- Coordinate with consultants during inspections
- Prepare documentation for labour-related audits KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Prior experience as Labour Officer / Industrial Relations Officer
- Strong understanding of labour laws
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce
- Strong documentation and memo drafting ability
- Firm personality with ability to enforce discipline
- High integrity and zero tolerance for negligence
- Strong observational skills

- 12+ years of labour management experience
- Experience in manufacturing / production setup preferred
- Comfortable sitting on production floor
- Assertive, firm, and process-oriented personality
