- Palghar Location (Beauty/Pharma Industry Preferred)Sun Chem India, a legacy manufacturer with over 30 years of expertise in the beauty and personal care industry, is looking for a Factory HR professional to manage HR operations at our Palghar manufacturing plant. We are seeking someone with strong experience in GMP practices and factory-level recruitment.???? Location: Palghar, Maharashtra???? Industry Preference: Beauty, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing???? Experience Required: 4+ years in a factory HR roleRole & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory-level positions, from blue-collar to senior-level technical rolesEnsure compliance with GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and HR protocolsManage onboarding, induction, and training of plant employeesHandle statutory and labor law compliance, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Factory Act regulationsDrive employee engagement, grievance handling, and welfare initiatives at the plantMaintain and update HRMS and personnel records regularlyCoordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements efficientlyImplement safety, health, and workplace discipline policies in line with company and legal standardsLiaise with corporate HR to align factory practices with organizational HR strategyDesired Candidate Profile:Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup (beauty/pharma preferred)Well-versed in GMP standards and HR complianceStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and factory documentation processesAbility to work independently and handle plant-level responsibilitiesIf you are passionate about building a compliant, positive, and efficient work environment, we want to hear from you! ????
