The key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete Business Cycle, from generating leads to converting these leads into successful business deals, managing the account, and ensuring timely payments. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of Web and Mobile Application development services, Digital Marketing (SEO & SMO), and other IT services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Generate leads through various channels and convert them into potential business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients. Collaborate with the technical team to create effective proposals and presentations. Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties. Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development within the IT Services & Consulting industry. Solid understanding of Web and Mobile Application development services, Digital Marketing (SEO & SMO), and other IT solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Result-oriented with a focus on driving business growth. Familiarity with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
