Civil Supervisor (Palladam)

As we grow our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to manage our production unit and oversee in office paving activities. ROLE OVERVIEW The Civil Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across two areas — our paver block production facility and active project sites. You will be responsible for maintaining production quality, supervising site laying and fixing of pavers, and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and clients to deliver projects on time and to specification. PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily paver block production to meet quality standards and output targets.
- Monitor raw material procurement, usage, and inventory at the production unit.
- Identify and resolve production defects or quality issues promptly.
- Maintain daily production records, material consumption logs, and quality inspection reports. SITE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular site visits to project locations for paver laying and fixing works
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors on work schedules and progress
- Inspect completed paving works for surface evenness, edge restraints, and overall quality
- Enforce safety protocols and site standards across all project locations
- Prepare and submit site progress reports and inspection checklists REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, paving works, or precast concrete production.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, layout plans, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with quality control and inspection procedures for paving works.
- Willingness to travel to project sites regularly within the region.
- Good communication, supervision, and team coordination skills.
