Service Advisor (Palladam)

* Receive customers and understand vehicle issues or service requirements.
* Create job cards and service orders based on customer complaints.
* Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for vehicle inspection and repairs.
* Provide service estimates, timelines, and cost details to customers.
* Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles and explain work completed.
* Promote additional services, spare parts, and preventive maintenance when required.
* Maintain proper service records and documentation.
* Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
